Miami Freedom Park is redefining what a sports destination can be. Designed as the future home of Major League Soccer's Inter Miami CF, the 131-acre development is much more than a stadium—it's a vibrant mixed-use campus where sports, entertainment, business, and public green space come together to create a destination the community can enjoy year-round.

The vision extends far beyond matchday. The master plan includes a 26,700-seat stadium, hotels, technology offices, restaurants, retail, entertainment venues, elevated soccer fields and athletic courts, and a 58-acre public park that will open to the community. Every element has been thoughtfully designed to create a vibrant destination that reflects the energy and diversity of Miami.

Arquitectonica served as the Master Planner for Miami Freedom Park, guiding the overall vision for the development while collaborating with MANICA, Lead Design Architect for the Inter Miami stadium. Together, the firms designed a stadium that feels both iconic and welcoming, blending bold architecture with an intimate fan experience and connecting seamlessly to the surrounding campus.

With every detail carefully considered, the design team designed the restrooms and locker rooms to reflect the same high standard found throughout the venue. The goal was to include designer products that complemented the stadium's contemporary design while standing up to the demands of a high-traffic sports and entertainment venue.

ASI Group’s distributor Specialties Direct (SDI) partnered with the project team to provide a complete package of architectural washroom and storage solutions, including ASI Alpaco™ Toilet Partitions, Phenolic Black Core Toilet Partitions, ASI Washroom Accessories, and ASI Lockers. Together, these products create a consistent, modern aesthetic while providing the durability and performance needed for a venue that will welcome thousands of guests throughout the year.

“Specialties Direct and ASI Group collaborated closely with the architect to deliver a comprehensive range of washroom accessories, Alpaco™ Elegance toilet partitions, and lockers, all within an accelerated project timeline.”
